THE STAIRS BROWN

The Brown Stairs is a set of ten prisms with a constant length of twenty centimeters but whose width and height varying from a centimeter to ten centimeters, they help the child to learn the differences in size in two dimensions. The child must place the blocks in the right graduation forming a ladder-shaped structure. With this exercise the teacher introduces the concepts of thickness and thinness, the use of terms of thickness, thicker, thick and thin, thinner, using the corresponding blocks as concrete examples.
